"Neetu was working for me as a fixer and translator for a story I produce on a journalistic grant in 2023. It was a story about women in Rajasthan , and how the lack of water in their communities affect their lives mentally and physically etc... We have faced many challenging issues during the reportage on the field, but they have always been solved and helped with proactivity by Neetu. She is very calm and supportive person, exactly what I needed in that moment. I completely trusted her in her choices and advices. She found the right people on the field who were willing to help to continue and finalize my project. She was a big plus , especially because of her excellent communication and organizational skills, besides Hindi, in English as well. Neetu can also adapt to any kind of situation very well, she is living the story with the maker.
